I find this App to be very useful and informative. Yet, there are several issues to be addressed to make this App very clear to all the public. Awareness camps are to be made in villages. Several features like status/updates about the bookings/reservations of seeds/crops/machinates for rent may be given. Some features are not accessible, and they are loading for sometimes and showing no results. App may be upgraded user-friendly. For hiring, Aadhaar upload could not be made.

While I try to upload the Aadhaar card browse button option is not working. Without that I am unable to book a tractor for rental, and we need to rent a tractor on priority.

I have booked tractor for udumalpet and paid money. It has data mapping issues. It's allocated for Tirupur. The work date has passed and I am waiting. No provision to upload small farmer certificate. The app lost the registration data and previous booking details. Now it's asking to redo the registration. Tamil Nadu agriculture department should fix the data mapping issue.

Most of the villages not added in village list. After raised feedback also no one not care.

English and Tamil language menu list are different listings. Most of the machineries image not uploaded. After saved personal details again and again all me to upload Aadhaar copy, but it shows error during upload. Officers not attend call for getting information. As usual government app have the lot of issues and un updated interface.
