Overall, a really great app. All options are clear and it works very well. I would recommend reading payment explanation section before ordering and paying. I had an issue with payment after ordering tickets. I wrote on the Telegram channel for help. It took them couple of days to reply (to be fair, it was a weekend), but once they replied they apologized for delay and the service was great - they verified the tickets and the payment and reassured me that the tickets will not be cancelled.

Very easy to use, easy to navigate, but very difficult to log in, automatically logs out, doesn't show the train direction for standard class, doesn't show genders of the booked sits.

This is an awesome and convenient app to book your train tickets. Hassle-free. I used it during my stay in Uzbekistan.

There is no ticket for fast speed trains Afrosiyob, only ticket available for old paced trains, no need to upload this App. You will not find what you looking for. Hate monkey businesses. Not recommended

Bad software, please fix: - Desktop website and mobile website and mobile app do not work to purchase tickets - Desktop, mobile browser, mobile app all have errors with user navigation that the user must restart from the beginning - Cannot log in with Google account on desktop or mobile browser or app - After creating an email account, I could not buy tickets on mobile app or desktop, but on mobile browser I finally got to the payment screen - Payment was declined and now the seats are locked
