V12 is the go-to finance option- A great app that's easy to navigate and one that allows me to track agreements, make payments with ease and check balances including settlement fees. All in all, a great app and one company I prefer to use based off of the apps UI.

Having seen a few reviewers struggled with the app I was a bit nervous to use. However, it has all set up. I like the easy of seeing the agreement, and easy click change options, such as direct debit collection date. One flaw in programming I would like to see change - the select buttons e.g. where it says 'change date' with the arrow at the end of the button, if you click the arrow nothing happens - you have to click the words 'change date' so why have the arrow? It's annoying and needs changing!

Have been unable to access my agreement via the app - same as other users - it freezes, asks me for same details over and over, freezes again etc. Have uninstalled and retried, but same problems. On 2 rare occasions I have managed to get in, it said I have no agreement, clicked add agreement, and freeze/repeat loop starts all over again...

So can't remember my password that I set up when I got my loan, so the app asked for my postcode, then tells me my postcode is wrong, I think I know my postcode after 25 years.

Even though it scanned my thumb, so I didn't need to type in a password it never gives me the option to use my thumb, so I need to type my password. Pointless
