Having seen a few reviewers struggled with the app I was a bit nervous to use. However, it has all set up. I like the easy of seeing the agreement, and easy click change options, such as direct debit collection date. One flaw in programming I would like to see change - the select buttons e.g. where it says 'change date' with the arrow at the end of the button, if you click the arrow nothing happens - you have to click the words 'change date' so why have the arrow? It's annoying and needs changing!

Absolutely terrible app. Keeps asking for post code, keep entering postcode where I have lived for past 17 years, and it is rejected. Total pain. I will never use this finance company ever again? Just noticed reviews are public and includes my account and device info?!?

Buggy app & poor service The app doesn’t refresh after payments, which is stressful. I’m currently in hospital and was promised a callback that never happened. I had to get an emergency UC advance to avoid fees they promised to help with. No empathy for sick customers and the syncing is broken. Very disappointed.

Even though it scanned my thumb, so I didn't need to type in a password it never gives me the option to use my thumb, so I need to type my password. Pointless
