Vacasa - Vacation Rentals

★★★★★ Had a room booked Oct 1 -9 the road was closed due to hurricane Ian. Vacasa was really good to work with and went above and beyond to get me in a different room. I really had my heart set on the room I originally booked, hopefully I can rebook it in the spring. I will book with them again.

★★☆☆☆ Do not book through vacasa. The owner cancelled our reservation less than 24 hrs before the check-in time. Vacasa will not give you a refund. They kept my money even though they cancelled my reservation less than 24hrs before. I was so stressed out the night before. If I had booked the same property through Airbnb, I would have been refunded. Instead, they gave me a credit that can expire. This is worth much less than my cash. They made me pay for a product that they couldn't deliver.

★★☆☆☆ Terribly shady company. They doubled the price of a rental with random fees and didn't show me till after the deadline for a refund. When I asked them to make an exception because THEY MESSED UP, they declined even though the rental is a month away. What a scam.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible company... We arrived late at night with two small ones, but one of the bedrooms was locked. This meant we had an entire bedroom not accessible to us to use. Customer service was useless, and we had to contact the owner who was in another country to resolve the issue. There were also no pillow cases. By the time vacasa was available to resolve the issue, it was the next day. This meant we would have had to spend one entire night without all the bedrooms we paid for. This and so much more.

★★☆☆☆ Don't do Business with this Company! We booked a condo in Panama City FL. months ahead at Twin Palms #1202, paid in full for the wk & they Kicked us Out the day after we got there! Kicked Us OUT! We had finally made it down to the beach after unpacking and putting away the groceries we had just bought for the wk when they called us. We ran up to the condo and called them demanding an explanation, they Hung up 3 times, wouldn't let us talk to a supervisor and charged us for the night!
