Purchased this card through a student fundraiser, in the past I would get paper coupons. This time is was a nationwide card that had to be set up. I tried setting it up both ways that the card explains on the back by downloading the app and going online. The webpage apparently doesn't exist and the app says the scratch code is invalid.
