This app would be so much better if u could get the QR codes offline. Not everyone has internet and the buses don't have Wi-Fi. So when someone transfers bus the new QR code won't come up and I am almost could not ride cuz could not confirm I have money on my account. Had to ask someone for a dollar to get to work cuz I don't carry cash and could not use QR code. App needs to be able to get new QR codes offline somehow or buses need to have Wi-Fi somehow.

Mike is my favorite driver, 45 Route, always on time, which is a rarity, Bus #6751. Sadly Valley Metro switches the drivers up, and I am fearful I will have very long delays as I did the driver before him. It is a shame to do this with such an extraordinary driver fir people like me who work very long hours and work VERY far from home.

This app never works. The bus never ever shows up when the app says it's gonna. It gives you routes that aren't even where you're at.

The bus route times are getting better. Randomly says no routes are available or my Internet connection is unavailable but works for some destinations. How is that even possible?!
