Valpo TruFit

The Valpo TruFit total wellness app provides both our personal training and online coaching clients with daily fitness tracking, program design, and educational tools all in one place.

Your upcoming fitness journey from where you are now, to where you want to be, can be summed up in 3 simple steps:

#1 Identify the actions you have been repeating that have led you to where you are now
#2 Learn what changes you need to make to get from where you are now, to where you want to be
#3 Repeat those new and improved actions CONSISTENTLY for an extended period of time

Whether it’s workouts, habits, or nutrition, the Valpo TruFit app allows you to share your daily progress with your trainer - who will then hold you accountable to the new and improved commitments you’ll be making to yourself. You’ll have the ability to sync your daily stats such as steps, sleep, calories burned, HR and more through your Fitbit, Apple Watch, My Fitness Pal, and Withings health trackers.
