The Issue: The app instructed me to visit a branch for account activation, only to reject the application after I waited in line, causing a complete waste of time. Staff Attitude: The branch employee was arrogant and dismissive, boastfully claiming the company is incomparable due to its 8 years in the market. The Reality Check: I reminded them that they are just a financial service living off interest, not an innovative tech giant like Apple. Better alternative Apps: Mylo, seven and halan

Worst installments experience EVER! DONOT under any circumstances use their services The app is trash The customer service is non-existent and when they do pick up your calls they have no idea how to fix any of your problems. What they advertised to be a simple online registration turns out to be a hell of time waste and multiple useless steps and documentation that leads you basically nowhere, and you will more likely than not be rejected for no reason. They also lie frequently about everything.

Login issue I couldn't get login after app updates, so I couldn't pay dues. Also there is no an interface with support or hot lines to contact service provider.
