Unable to log in or use the application it always directs me to value website instead of singing me into my account all troubleshooting done and same issue even visited the nearest store, and they are not aware of the type of my issue, need support as I want to settle down my dues with earlier settlements

I have high salary, and they make minimum limit for me, I can't use it for purchases and customer service the worst. Not recommend.

The customer service provided was poor, the program itself was even worse, and my request was rejected without any clear reason. This occurred despite my prior notification that I would escalate the matter for activation. Such treatment is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I kindly request a clear explanation for the rejection and immediate action to resolve this issue.
