Poor support, I booked a Pooja for family but in sank alp details only my name is shown, there was no option to add family members names in the selected family package. No live stream of the video provided. It simply shows a pic of Punjabi and another person saying that pooja has been done. I am waiting for the complete pooja video to see if my and my family members' names were taken in the sank alp or not.
