Terrible app. Does not give you live information on your session until the session ends. Most basic app does that. Only good for your factuurs. Overly expensive also and if they tell you that the price is set by the owner of the charging pole, not really, there are other providers charging 5 cent less than vandebron rates. Maps work, and coverage is good but the live session thing, loses 3 stars.

Worked well until about a week ago, now for the past week there is an error loading the charging history list. Tried clearing cache and storage, also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, did not help. Also, a number of charging station, reported by this app, I tried to use today, I was unable to find, even getting out of the car and searching by foot I could not find them.

Looks good. But can not log in nor use my car or card with it, I have an active account but still the app complains it can not find my account. Calling the helpdesk is useless! Wait time over 45 minutes and still no assistance. **edit after having an account for 3 days I can log in yo the web portal. And that's it. Cant use the card. Cant use the app with an account cant use the app with card I am actually thinking of switching to another company just to make sure I am actually able to charge
