VanishNote - Temporary Notes

Not every note belongs in a permanent notebook.

VanishNote is a temporary notes app for information you only need for a while: shopping lists, today-only tasks, call notes, delivery details, quick drafts, scratch ideas, and short-lived checklists.

Set a lifespan for each timeline, and old notes are removed automatically when their time is up. Instead of letting temporary notes pile up in your main note app, keep them in a separate space that cleans itself up.

Good for

* Shopping lists you do not need after the trip
* Tasks that only matter today
* Notes from a phone call
* Delivery, appointment, and errand details
* Rough drafts before sending a message or email
* Temporary checklists for work or home tasks
* Scratch ideas you may not want to keep forever

Main features

* Five timelines for different kinds of temporary notes
* A separate lifespan setting for each timeline
* Text notes, checklists, and photo notes
* Voice input on supported devices
* Reminders for notes that are about to expire
* Quick save from the share menu of other apps
* Home screen widget for memo status without showing note text
* Passcode lock
* Settings for order, font size, theme, and more

VanishNote is not designed to replace a permanent notebook.
If you need to keep something long term, share it to another app before it expires.

Write it down, use it, and let your temporary notes clear themselves away.
