Not user-friendly. They have a long way to go to make it worthwhile. I hate to say this, but Caliber was easier to use. For compliance SMARTWEBS is the way to go, but it's pricey. But worth it. I wonder if the VANTACA team every tried using this in the real world. They may get the results they want at the office, but they really need to sit at a managements companies side and see what they see.

As a new member I was hoping to use this mobile app to make my HOA payments but nothing is happening. I entered my credentials and the screen went blank. Nothing is happening even after I refresh my screen multiple times. Very disappointing, this deserves a zero star in my book.

Very disappointed in this app. New Version does not allow you to take pictures for your inspections. The lack of response on getting this issue fixed in a timely manner is infuriating.

This app Does Not Work! Blank white screen like all the other 1-star ratings. Same issue on Ipad.
