In the following single star ratings on this app all the issues are there not rectified, and I am facing them. App shows us a chat request and after accepting it "waiting for customers confirmation" it shows. We get a call and even accepting it in the first ring also ring ends telling "customer is not responding goodbye" moreover their AI reduces our performance rating due to their issues. With this type of app how do you think you can deliver proper service to your customers.???

It is very useless, even though the free chat has started a lot, we are still chatting, there is no response for 10–10 minutes, then get disconnected, so it turns out that there was a network issue of the customer. And these people never upload good ratings. If you need any help, they send an automatic message stating technical issue and do nothing. I don't know what these people do, so there should be no astrologer here. This is the worst, there is still so much to tell.

Most of the time I receive a chat start a timer of 120 seconds after that chat goes disconnected and shows internet problems from client side, fix it Varta because it's make a huge lose of time and money both, Fix it ASAP
