Vault Caravan

This Vault Caravan game is a tactical grid puzzle game. Each level is named after a zone. Players select different mechanisms and place them in slots to create a path from the source slot to one or more target slots. They rotate the input/output ports to match the next direction and activate the route to test the signal. Each activation costs a supply, and the pulse follows a graph with straight mechanisms, prisms that bend direction, and three-branched mechanisms. Later, there are pressure-reducing wells, reversing pins according to rules, bellows that push strongly but increase overload, and unevenly distributed error splitter plates. Each stage has its own reserve ceiling, long routes, redundant branches, isolation cells, one-way gates, overload zones, faulty connection nodes, phase-shifted cells, interference, or trigger nodes that can cause the pulse to cut off prematurely, increase grid tension, or overload the mechanism. Furthermore, if the signal loops within the same cycle, the campaign will be lost immediately; otherwise, supplies will still be deducted each time the run is completed. The campaign loses if the reserve runs out before unlocking enough targets, or if the overload exceeds the threshold. The campaign wins when, in a single run or across multiple activations, the required number of targets are cleared, the number of stages increases in length, constraints and traps are increased, there is a limit on the number of hints to indicate which cells to place or rotate, and after each stage, the area is unlocked to receive accumulated resources used outside of the unlocked stage. Upgrades such as increased hints, reduced losses, reduced supply costs per route opening, or increased rewards are available. Completing the entire journey ends the campaign.
