It's pretty easy to use and allows me to easily invest in gold. I would give 5 stars, but I can't figure out how to invest in silver as well. I also haven't tried to request physical gold to be shipped, but I have sold on the app with no issues.

Unable to get verified. I click on the confirm email link (from my email), then it says I'm verified. I put in my credentials to login, then it brings me to another page with a giant paper airplane to confirm email address. This is now an endless circle...

The color of the login screen is the same as the input color, which makes it impossible to see what I'm typing. The service also won't connect to my bank account, despite saying that it is connected.

Wired Vaulted money through my Banking Institution, followed all the instructions from my advisor on how to wire money through the banking application. I've called them regrading the incomplete transfer since my 'Vaulted' balance still says 0 dollars since January 10th 2025. I haven't heard from them back yet regarding the issue in which they did say 'they would locate the missing money and call me back.' There has been no response since.

I have an Android and an iPhone. On my iPhone this app works great and without issue. This app on my Android is a disaster. It constantly crashes and is barely usable. Not recommended for Android. Highly recommended in iPhone.
