Good app but the language cannot be selected. I'm French and I have a French phone. In that case, the app uses the english language. However, I also speak german. I'd prefer to use the german language when I'm in Berlin. How do I switch ?

Found this App to be an excellent way of searching for routes and fares as well as buying tickets. It shows clearly how long your ticket is valid for (Berlin does it by time and zone rather than a specific journey) The tickets do not need to be validated and can be used on all public transport. I set my account up with PayPal as the payment method and it worked seamlessly. Tip. When setting your d.o.b. press hold the year on the calendar to scroll quickly back to your year of birth.

Very helpful features, gave it only 4 because of issue 1- When buying 4 cards, one has to fill the station before buying, and then all cards will have this station as starting point making it not possible to use another card for return trip, as it is not allowed. Better to ask for the station when validating new card, not when purchasing, 2- Make validating first card from 4 to be done manually after purchase, and not automatically

Rubbish! Can't buy any tickets after recent update. Doesn't log into the Handy Ticket nor sends a PIN to you as stated. Why can I not just type in my Credit Card number somewhere to purchase a ticket?

Pointless for me as cannot buy the ticket I use on here (monthly from my town in Brandenburg to Berlin). Why a ticket that they sell should be unavailable on the app is beyond me!

Nice app but your "live map" is nothing but a bad joke. It shoes buses, but it has nothing to do with reality! Edit: When you want to buy tickets there's issues regularly! Cryptic error messages and then that's it. That's very, very annoying. I really don't know why after so many years It's still not a hundred percent. One would think that with each generous yearly price raise things would get better but that's not the case, unfortunately.

Weakest App Ever ... It is Shameful for Berlin and Brandenburg so Big City With the weakest VBb App. No flexibility to everything in this app.
