So much to love about VBF. The community is lots of fun. Andre cares about his members and interacts beautifully during his classes. I absolutely love the love classes. I'm particularly drawn to the fact that Andre offers modifications to all the exercises. I would recommend checking out a month for yourself! You may even fall in love.
