Not able to log in or register. I tried inputting my old login. The submit button has no reaction. Since the App is new one, I tried to re-register. But unable to choose country. The button pops up saying 'choose country'. But no options come. PLEASE HELP

EDIT: The developers finally contacted me and worked together with me to resolve the issue. Thank you!!! So much content now! I really want to like this app and support it. I paid for the subscription package but was unable to access the subscription content no matter what I did. I wrote two very patient emails In a two-week period, and I received no reply. Too much time had passed for me to receive a refund. Very, very disappointed.
