I win some in the beginning like b4 then end up losing it all back. I use my diamonds to get coins and that doesn't last either. I've written customer support, takes 4ever to get back. It's better 4 me just to quit this game. They really have a fkd up algorithm in this game play. Sincerely Bummed out player

I am not in Korea or the United Kingdom!! I did NOT PUT A PLAY GIFT CARD ON EITHER. I had to buy my play points with my debit card! Error is All I am seeing. I have not had this problem before. FIX THIS OR RESPOND. Just logged in to play, it has started me at the very beginning, I have lost all My rewards. I was at the 10× level
