After a long time of issues with the Vega touch app, probably having specific issues with my phone and android, the new Eclipse module seems to work perfectly, both remotely over Wi-Fi and locally with Bluetooth. Thank you Firefly team for this new product and approach to controlling our Verona 36VSB! I'll revisit after a month and maybe give it five stars.

I get reliable connections by Bluetooth and by internet Wi-Fi. I did have a major problem in that the app would allow the floor plan of my motor coach. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times, and cleared the cache multiple times. Still would not let me have the right floor plan. Support and service from Firefly was good, but still could not get the right floor plan. Finally, I decided to power down the phone (android) and reboot it. That did the trick. Works fine now.

We purchased an upgraded system almost a year ago. I advised them that the black and gray tanks were not being read by the app. They told me that they were aware of the problem. Two updates later and no fix. This is an issue because one selling point was that you don't have to keep entering the coach to see if you have any reading on the tanks. The cloud service is also sporadic. We just can't trust that we'll be getting any data while we are away, and our dog is in the coach.

Most of the time the Firefly is not connected to the network. Kind of defeats the purpose of being able to remotely monitor and control my RV.

Paid almost $1,000 to upgrade to the eclipse, so we could connect remotely, but it's hit or miss whether it will connect. Haven't been able to connect remotely at all since the latest upgrade. Internet connection is fine, but won't connect to the server. Pretty disappointed that we spent all that money for remote access when it doesn't work.

I'm having the same issue as Sean. I tried all the normal fixes and still black screen. As a test I tried installing the Vega touch Mira and it opens. It doesn't work on my coach but at least it opens.
