Just a note. After firmware update as of 10-31-25, If you are having problems with schedule not turning the light on even if you make a new schedule. You need delete both the schedule AND the preset you're using for it and make new ones.

These lights are spectacular. I have 12 of them on one chandelier. I love the customization options. A few days ago, I complained about the app here becoming essentially completely broken. You'll see in other reviews of people complaining about the app. However, immediately after leaving my complaint, the developers claimed to have fixed it. So far, so good. The app and the lights' response to it is working seemingly to perfection right now. I will update if needed, but it's working excellently

I had some setup difficulty due to my 5GHz and 2.4GHz networks having the same SSID, and the bulbs can only communicate on 2.4GHz. I was able to connect them by turning my router off and setting up a temporary 2.4GHz phone hotspot with the same ssid+password to establish the connection. Kudos to their support for providing this suggestion. Bulbs are now happily paired and easy to control through the app. I love the ability to save my own presets and the level of detail provided.

Bulb keeps going offline despite no internet interruptions, app keeps crashing when I try to reconnect the bulb with my account. Had no issues the first month now I can't get app or bulb to connect properly to my Internet

Vela flame arrived and some set up. Installed this app, excited to use it - but I can't get this app to launch at all. It either closes immediately, or will give a pop-up "Vela flame keeps stopping". Hopefully will be fixed soon?

App won't connect to Wi-Fi, I tried doing what another review said of turning off my router and setting up a temporary 2.4ghz Wi-Fi with a mobile Hotspot, and it still won't find the Wi-Fi
