I need to talk to your customer service, so I can figure out why nothing I tried to order over the last month or so from Temu won't go through it tells me that they can't use any orders from Venmo or Temu from either of my accounts. Just try and get in touch with somebody because a vendor said that they put the funds back on your card and weeks have past and the number they give you on your card is completely AI automated. I still haven't good this issue resolved... And this has happened again and this time they have denied putting money back on my card! They have ribbed me and are trying to make me think it's alright!

These people steal your money!! I opened an account, so my girlfriend could send me money, and after I received it they froze/suspended my account. They said it was for suspicious activities. How is it suspicious when we are actually friends on their platform?
