I have had this app since I was a preteen, this is the best app ever some of the features include you get your $5 back once you register the card, and they send you a card with your name on it, I think I never got it, 😮‍💨 I never got the card but yeah what else can I say about this card you can add your money on your bus card through debit card. Its safe you can track buses you can track trains, and met it give you other solutions also .

Never had a problem this app works great but only reason I give it 4 stars is cuz you can't erase old cards you either don't have anymore or are expired. I have like 6 cards on there that I don't have and have no money on them and there's no way to delete them without calling customer service.

THE VENTRA APP IS DELIBERATELY STEALING MONEY! This posting is an accumulation to my last one 7 years ago! This app's user experience is based on thievery. Each time that I uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to function properly, it still doesn't work! Not only is it still trying to charge a credit card that's no longer attached or set to default, it doesn't even read the passes that I currently have on the Ventra card

Normally fairly reliable but as of last week, the app fails to display all bus and train arrival estimates. Says the data is not available. This has ruined much of the usefulness of this app

App stopped working. Unable to buy tickets or recover password. This app doesn't serve its purpose.
