EDIT: They've gotten better, fees are still high but not as high, and scams are almost non-existent now. Good app. It's okay if you're trading with good people, but there are plenty of scams and Versa just lets it happen. Just now they're implementing "authentication" (which should be a thing from the beginning) but upped the fees for each trade 266% because of it. I'd rather trade in person and travel myself.

Can't even open the app. Immediately crashes after newest update. Have trades I was in the middle of. 😣

All cards are over valued and no fair trades from users a waste of time along with the ridiculous fees! You're better off trading cards at a card convention than here. I had an account for 2 months and some users are total A-holes they mock your cards and only want to create a trade that benefits them. It's a place where you can create a library of your cards and show off instead of make an even and fair deal. If there was a negative rating then I would've select it.

You buy the shipping label on the app, so technically they purchase the label.had a slab the went missing for a while then was found cracked, and they canceled my trade, charged me $90, and sent me my broken slab back and said it was usps fault. They won't let me file a claim because versa bought the label not me. Versa refuses to help me with my issue, refuses to file a claim, and refused my request to speak with somebody higher up the chain. Definitely don't care about us as customers
