Super helpful app whenever something happens with a trade like they don't send the card or the package gets stuck in the mail their help groun is amazing they'd give you trade credit the reach out quickly, and they take it seriously this app has helped me increase my card collection astronomically in a matter of months

EDIT: They've gotten better, fees are still high but not as high, and scams are almost non-existent now. Good app. It's okay if you're trading with good people, but there are plenty of scams and Versa just lets it happen. Just now they're implementing "authentication" (which should be a thing from the beginning) but upped the fees for each trade 266% because of it. I'd rather trade in person and travel myself.

I made a huge trade and never got my card. Versa is completely ignoring my emails. This needs to be addressed. The lack of customer service and care for the people putting money into your company is a bad sign for the overall app.

Terrible app, almost equally as terrible service. The app crashes ALL the time. In most cases, it is completely unusable. You would think with the hefty fees charged to trade, they'd reinvest that money into a better, more well-maintained app. Second, trades take FOREVER to receive. They do not hold the opposite trade party accountable for timely shipping. If you're lucky, you'll see your end of the trade returned in 3+ weeks. Terrible service, with AI responses to your issues. 0 stars

Latest update breaks the app. Totally cannot upload new cards because one of the buttons is inactivated.
