Veritas Car Sharing è la nuova applicazione che rivoluziona il concetto di mobilità aziendale dei dipendenti Veritas. Sfruttando le tecnologie dei veicoli connessi e la smaterializzazione delle chiavi, potrai utilizzare il tuo smartphone per scegliere il veicolo aziendale più adeguato a svolgere le tue missioni professionali.
COME FUNZIONA
Veritas Car Sharing ti permette di scegliere in autonomia quando e cosa prenotare, e ti guida passo passo nel processo di noleggio, con suggerimenti e indicazioni facili e intuitivi. Accedi al tuo account UTILIZZANDO LE TUE NORMALI CREDENZIALI AZIENDALI. Seleziona PRENOTA e scegli il parcheggio di partenza, ora e data di inizio e fine viaggio e il tipo di veicolo che ti serve. Prima di partire riceverai un’e-mail con i dati del veicolo assegnato automaticamente. Prima di usare il veicolo, sblocca le portiere con il tuo smartphone leggendo il QR code stampato sul parabrezza del veicolo, inserendo la targa oppure attraverso un comando blue-tooth, sempre utilizzando l'App Veritas Car Sharing. Le chiavi saranno all'interno dell'abitacolo. Una volta terminato lo spostamento concludi la prenotazione bloccando le portiere sempre attraverso lo smartphone. In questo modo il veicolo sarà di nuovo a disposizione degli altri colleghi.
