Practice the Epley maneuver and get relief from your vertigo. This app will help you practice the Epley maneuver and give you relief regardless of what ear you have vertigo symptoms with! It is recommended to do one ear at a time on separate days if you have issues in both ears.

★★★★★ A fantastic aid to prompt you through the exercise but, it skips the last step, sitting back up. It keeps you lying on your side. There are better illustrations of the Epley on YouTube to help you understand the exercise before you use this app.
