★★★★★ After a month of following a routine of 4 days exercise 3 days rest, my waist has gone from an 18 to a 14 in large women. My spare tire ;) is going flat. The app is very detailed in how to do the exercises with audio and visual help. I just added a new routine to my weekly routine ab construction. Simple to navigate. Very resourceful. Highly recommend the paid version. It's on the cheaper side to simulate abs. Paid has no ads and included everything.

★★☆☆☆ I don't even want to give this company one star. Its pretty much impossible to cancel your subscription. There is no number to call to talk to a human being. Customer service is non-existent except by email. Just awful. I've been charged 3 times for an app I tried a couple of times and decided it wasn't for me, thought I had canceled, just to be charged again. And it's not just a small amount - it's $77!!! For three months! Think twice and then again before you download this trap!

★★☆☆☆ Please cancel my membership and refund me. I didn't realize I was going to be charged, and I haven't used the app.
