Version 3.3.15 is working well, I'll revisit if any more problems encountered. What a disappointing experience from this App vers 14 and from backup support, having struggled to keep connectivity between watch and phone almost every day for 2 weeks, for the past 2 days I have failed to connect at all. Having unpaired my phone, I cannot pair it again. I have sent several feedback reports over the 2 weeks via the app, but have had no response or support from the tech team.

So this app is great cuz it shows things bout u that u never thought of in yourself like how many steps u have in a day, and also I don't care about the rest of the reviews cuz I know that this app has helped me

Useless. They've ruined this. Nothing works right with my watch on the updated app, and now it can't connect to this version. I wouldn't be surprised if it was ruined intentionally to make people think they need to buy expensive watches and apps

Dev's email literally does not work. I can now see a couple heart monitor numbers in the details section (Red Pic)but several are still cut off from view in the app. It is not a "clear" heart rate graph, you still can't see some of the numbers. Almost fixed. The app does not need my location to keep track of my steps, heart rate and breathing or anything else. I cannot rename my device. Also, I'm not sure why you are trying to convince people that you need people's contacts for generic SNS alerts.

I've been using this for 3 months and there are so many problems! Sleep data is VERY inaccurate and there's no option to edit entries. The watch can't store data for more than 3 days. I literally lost all my workout data that I haven't synced yet because the watch likes to freeze and reset the date- and that's been happening VERY often recently. I'm switching to another product.
