VESC Tool

★★★★★ Data logging, real time data monitoring, firmware updating, and complete control over every VESC setting. I just keep discovering new features even after a year. Such a great app. Some people say logging doesn't work, but it does, at least for me on my Samsung s20. You need to import the file to VESC tool desktop from your phone, then go to the tab Data Analysis/Log Analysis and then click "Open CSV" to select the imported log. Then you can graph logged data.

★★★★★ Having trouble recently with connecting over BLE, getting an error about Android 10 permissions. I have the app approved for all it needs and still can't connect to my board...

★★★★★ Great App. Is it possible to flash a Nrf51822 module using the vesc? Or do you need the STLink? One of the features of the new update is "Can be used to make a custom NRF5x module".

★★☆☆☆ By updating the app from 6.2 to 6.5 my board with Tronic250R started to behave really weird, #1 simple stop doesn't work anymore, #2 now at 10mph the push-back kicks in. I did a new setup from scratch, but that didn't help, I also ref lashed the firmware and did the setup again, but the pushback at 10 mph still there. #3 Also, I tried to activate a simple stop on my other VESC board, but it doesn't work either, and I know for sure that on 6.2 was working fine before upgrading to 6.5

★★☆☆☆ Well I can't use this so that's why I'm leaving one star. I have a dual 6.6 Flip sky ESC and there's no way to use them/program them. You can program one at a time, but that's just a waste of resources if I buy something but can't program it properly. I have tried constantly to update the esc's with minor alterations each time with no change in results. Even the computer version doesn't let this happen, so I'm not surprised the app isn't any better. I hope this is fixed in some sort of update.
