I love being able to get a test result in minutes and at home. Back in the day when I went to the Dr they used to do urinalysis all the time, so the Dr had something to go on. So when I saw this app I got it to help me with my change in food habits for better health. The only problem was I didn't know what I was doing right and what I was missing out on. Now I have Vessel to help me with my goals and guide my nutrition. Yay! I can't wait to be able to show my Dr these results over time.

This kit is classy, well-made. Instructions are good, and because I have issues (not related to kit). I can't continue to use it. I was very impressed with customer service. They answered my questions, emails immediately. I ordered a kit for my sister. I had to write this review even though I'm no longer using Vessel because I wanted to let people know how good it is. I bought into vessel when it was doing crowdfunding. I finally got my 10 test cards like 18 months later. I've yet to be able to use them because this app never works right. Initially it was iOS only, then they added a Play store app that wouldn't work. I downloaded it again today when I saw my box of test cards in the cabinet. Of course though the app still won't scan my card, because even though I have provided camera permissions, it can't seem to detect that. Maybe I'll try again next year.

Vessel is what you get when marketers convince health professionals to invest in a startup. 2 years after I bought my first strips and the app still doesn't work, with the SAME uploading issues. An absolute joke, as reinforced by the fact they made a whole email address to handle people pissed at their cards not working. I don't want to email you to have you help "troubleshoot" my test kit. Put up the money for proper mobile developers to troubleshoot your app.
