★★★★★ Update : After the 22.08.2020 version the app is functional again. Thank you. After refreshing the app yesterday (19.08.2020) the app won't start at all.

★★★★★ App remote works great. My only suggestion is to add a settings option for which style of remote we would prefer be the default one. Because each time I open the app, I always have to switch it to App mode.

Plus - the customer service response to reviewers are pathetic, displays level of care given, they can at least use a Google Translate to response to the international users in their language
