In CA this might be one of the better political decisions to allow Rx over telehealth, for once I am grateful to be in a state that is the exception to the rule. We needed some professional support immediately and this was a much better option than schlepping around to emergency vets in the area and were able to be seen right away and not hours at the clinic. . Tried out of desperation, but really glad we could get our doggie the help he needed. Thank God and Vetster and the Doc.

This service is 100% hands down worth the money. The post-appointment chat features is ++ sluggish and requires multiple restarts to get a message in. I ended up writing my message in notepad and copying and pasting into the chat. Additionally, I wish I had known the limit of 2 messages. Then a response is required from the vet before you can request another. We spoke with Dr Lecky who was amazing. Our boy was feeling better very soon, and I am grateful this was available on a holiday. Brilliant!

I made an appointment because my dog hurt her eye. Doctor was nice, but she basically just confirmed what I said was wrong and said she couldn't prescribe eye drops, so I paid $85 for absolutely nothing and had to bring my dog into the vet and pay again. I don't understand how this service is helpful at all.

Horrible experience. Still waiting for my prescription for my dogs UTI. I've been on the phone for hours so far, and then they send a prescription that is not even made in the milligrams they prescribed. So now the vet has to redo the prescription. Maybe I'll get the medicine in 3 or 4 days at this point. oh and your pet has to be with you, like they want to interview your pet. Ridiculous

Scam scam scam!!! Do not use this service unless you are just looking to PAY FOR ADVICE. They do not actually offer any treatment. They will take your money and then tell you to go see a vet in person. You can call a local vet, explain symptoms, and be told to bring your pet in for FREE. No reason to pay this company to tell you take your pet to a vet. Clearly we know our pet needs to see a vet For TREATMENT THAT'S WHY WE PAY YOU FOR THE VISIT! But you won't get that. Waste of time and scam!
