Great experience as a tourist. It is annoying that they take a deposit instead of only paying when there is a charge, but it is a very small charge. Renting and returning was easy. I did take photos wherever I returned a bike in case of any dispute, but I never had an issue. It is a great design that the return areas never seem to be full because the bikes do not lock into a rack, just locking the back wheel. Make sure you remember to do that when done to avoid the extra charges!

Notification at start of app that says it not work correctly because I don't have HMS core. I don't have Huawei... App doesn't show location of bikes and station. Last riding season all was good but now... tried to get info from app consultant. Says please wait for consultant then immediately says is there anything else we can help you with 😆 😂 😆 like they helped and are finished...1.8 our of 2k reviews

Scammers! Horrible experience. - Unable to register and pay for a long time - Reader not working - Bikes getting stuck - Returning the bike at correct zone still gets you charged - Chasing you for 1 dollar debt - You pay 5 dollars more, twice, but they don't register it and still chase you

Wasted an hour trying to log in to the app. The sms never comes and thus I cannot log in. I'd love to rent a bike! Their support on the website live chat was unable to help me... is this a money laundering scheme?
