Ok but the system needs improvement. I think that main improvement would be to add option "REPORT a problem" when scanning a bike qr, not only unlock and rent. Many times I scan the bike code and see the problem. Instead of directly choose that bike is broken, I need to go to help center and report problem via separate screens, even without possibility to scan the code of broken bike. I think with such option reliability of station status and number of bikes would be significantly better.

Took 25 mins to get the SMS, but at last, working. Electric bikes are so cool! 20 min w public transport into 13 min ride. The only thing missing is the average speed at the end of the journey. Please add it Devs. The whole locking system is fantastically ingenious and well-thought through! Love the 20 free minute rides. However, the location isn't always accurate. It showed 3 bikes available but not one was there, pls fix. Overall, for once a well working public service!

‼️ Warning: Avoid Veturilo at All Costs!‼️‼️ **Warning: Avoid Veturilo at All Costs!** Veturilo is a nightmare. They’ll refuse to lock the bike close to 20 minutes just to overcharge you, and their clock seems rigged to gain minutes. You’ll get charged for 18 minutes as if it were 20! They provide malfunctioning electric bikes and then hit you with outrageous fees. Expect random 135 PLN penalties for no reason. Worse, someone can rent your bike while it’s right at your feet. Faulty bikes‼️‼️‼️

They charged me 35 euros after riding for 15 min. They have bad systems for managing their bikes. Do not recommend. Bike in a bad condition as well. Not worth it. Don't ride with this app.
