It is the worst app I have ever used, it doesn't let me log in and gives a message that too many login attempts have been made pleas try later, even after my 1st correct attempt. Why do we have to use this app for short term visa type c and the browser for long term visa type D. Does anyone who is behind this vfs app read these reviews and would try to fix it?

Frustratingly annoying Can anyone in VFS Italy read its comments and redesign its app to be more user-friendly? I just want to see my husband's family in Italy. I have been trying for a long time to secure an appointment to no avail. It's dehumanizing and frustrating 😒

I can't book an appointment, the app shows me that I have made too many attempts but I only did once.
