You advertise a free "new menu" item when ordered from 10/11-10/31 but when I enter the promo code it says "it's not a valid basket item for the promo"! You need to fix your system or not advertise "free" items if the promo code does not work!

The original app was pretty good, just some issues with gift cards, & oftentimes the app itself wouldn't work. But now with this new app "powered by Thanks" it's buggy & terrible! The app would not recognize who I was & when I finally did get logged in by trying to place an order, my saved gift cards aren't showing up. I really don't want to miss out on that money! Also, they launched a promo offer today, but there's no field at check out for promo code. Cannot recommend until they fix the bugs!

This is the worst app. Whomever was the team the built this should be banned from developing apps. I had $60+ dollars banked on the old app. Now I'm stuck in a perpetual loop of using my email to log in. When I tap any link on the app, it just keeps having me 2FA my email to "log in" but then never actually logs me in and takes me back to the homepage. I tap on the hamburger menu and tap a link again, repeat the 2FA process. I never get logged in, & I never see my banked funds. Horrible.
