You advertise a free "new menu" item when ordered from 10/11-10/31 but when I enter the promo code it says "it's not a valid basket item for the promo"! You need to fix your system or not advertise "free" items if the promo code does not work!

I wasn't given the receipt, and I went right before they close they gave me the wrong bag, so I didn't get my two double vegan steakhouse burgers with Tempeh bacon and only got the kids' meal would the vegan burger, but somehow they got the bag wet when I went up the stairs when I got home the food fell out of the bag, so I need to be credited, so I can get the two vegan steakhouse burgers with the Tempeh bacon and the kids vegan meal with the burger chocolate chip cookie. Please adjust my account

Yikes. I see no option to log in. It always treats me like a new customer, and when it sees my phone number, it says "that's already associated with an account". We'll, duh. Why no options for existing customers to log in??
