De oefeningen gaan van meditatie tot (kinder-)yoga. Wat denk je van Kinderyoga met het wonderhuis? Of Yoga nidra waarna je je helemaal ontspannen voelt.
Kies een stem en tijdsduur
Kies een stem (man of vrouw) en volg de oefening waar en wanneer je maar wilt. Er is altijd een oefening die past in jouw dag. Van enkele minuten tot ruim een half uur. Filter op bijvoorbeeld dagdeel. Zo is de bodyscan heel populair bij het slapen.
