This is a complete SCAM by forcing a very difficult KYC on you if you use a mining hosting service. This is UNREASONABLE for a KYC process. I can obtain most of this info, but no guarantees that I can obtain ALL since it's not my hosting facility. It seems like Via BTC is hoping to theft your earned cryptocurrency by trying to discourage you with an extremely taxing KYC process. They hope you'll give up and switch providers, allowing them to keep your crypto.

Viable is a good option for mining. But It's OTP has always disappointed me. I have to send twice then it generate OTP. Nowadays I don't even receive an OTP, although I have chosen resend option many times. I wasted all my day, but I couldn't withdraw my fund because of OTP.
