I have just completed my free trial & have absolutely loved the choice of music and the fascinating articles. I will be very happy to subscribe once I can listen through my Sonos sound system. Guillaume tells me that Sonos compatibility should be offered soon. When it is, I'll change my review to a very well deserved 5 stars.

The app is unstable on my phone, constantly crashing, sometimes every couple of tracks. Vilma support has not been helpful. I had paid £9.90 for a three-month trial, and my workaround has been to play music directly from the website on Chrome, and not using the app at all.

I signed up for a €1 trial a few months back but never agreed to a full-blown subscription, and then this month I get charged for this subscription worth 9.90 which I never agreed to. Worse yet, there is no contact information available on their website, so this is the only method of contact in the hopes of getting a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Be very cautious when signing up for a trial with these guys.

Downloaded this a few months back and began to enjoy what it had to fofer, until it began to constantly remind me that I was on a free trial and that nothing would play until I paid. What's the point in a free trial of you can't have anything with it? That's not how a trial works! Furthermore, the layout of this app is beyond confusing. Have fun navigating it!

Good music but terrible app. Cannot play more than a few minutes before the app crashes. Vilma know about the problem as the app has a built-in page which apologizes for the crash and invites you to restart it, but then you have to start playing the piece of music all over again, and it will almost certainly crash again before you get to the end. I doubt that I will renew the service once my trial ends as it is so frustrating.
