Excellent app from Weissmann. An improvement on the old Vitotrol app as data is now synchronized instantaneously. Live flow temperatures or domestic hot water temperature updates in real-time as you are viewing the app, no need to refresh. The integration of 4 days weather forecast is also useful. The flow temperature curve can be adjusted easily, and with a bit of experimentation, you can get it to match the heat loss characteristics of the build. This avoids over & under heating. Excellent.

While getting this setup was a bit of a faff but now that its up and running I'm quite happy. I did find that entering the details of the boiler manually overcame all the problems that using the q code method threw up. Now very stable and can look at boiler stays and controls from work.

Boiler is constantly losing Wi-Fi access and the app itself is overly complicated at connecting and reconnecting the Wi-Fi. End up just leaving it disconnected and not bothering with the app at all, useless and badly supported.

Unable to turn heating below 20 degrees C Update - extremely poor customer service. Update 2 - turned the heating on using th Vicare app. Unable to connect a few hours later to turn the heating off! Had to turn the boiler off at the mains. Very disappointing. Wish I'd gone with a Bosch that you can control manually.

Customers are unable to add a contractor. When they attempt they get a Google map and a message that there are no contractors in the area. The search also brings up nothing. This ability to remotely monitor the system was a selling point and over a year later still not working properly. I love Weissmann, but this app isn't as good as it should be.
