April 2026~~I'm wondering if I can delete this app since I downloaded the other app that seemed to be required for this year. The other app is working, but it's draining my phone's battery. This one tells me to sign in. Just not sure if this one is obsolete now. 🤷‍♀️ Aug 2026~~I deleted the other app and kept this one. I'm very annoyed that I have the notification sound set to something different from my text sound, and it will not apply. It worked last year. So annoying!

I've had the vico for the hummingbirds that come to the camera. It's so incredible to see those tiny ones flutter around. I haven't had anything really bad to say about the system except that I only have birds to have the camera recognize, and it is always recognizing vehicles leaving. I have to go through my phone and delete hundreds of them. Every once in a while, the camera doesn't recognize a bird, and that's a little disappointing.

I used to love these cameras and the app, but it has steadily gotten worse. There is an ad as soon as you open the app that is loud, and you have to watch for so long before getting to your feed. Then suddenly my cameras stopped detecting motion, stopped recording, and stopped notifications. I messaged support, my wife messaged support and got we just stock answers that did not help. I used to suggest these cameras to everyone, I no longer do.

Invasive ads... I have owned my camera and used this app for 2 years, and now they decide to put invasive ads on when you open the app. Not good at all.
