There is only an application called Video Branch. Call does not get connected. You have to wait for 2–3 hours and there is no service. Service is only in name and of people. Even in today's digital world, these people are doing manual work, so tell me what is the use of their digital video branch? These people are cheating the customers by asking them to do KYC manually again and again in their nearest bank.

Worst app I have ever used. Indie app works ios and android platforms but behave differently. In iphone 14 the indie ver. Was 2.0.4, Yesterday uninstall/ was 2.0.5 ver. Today, ios update was rolled out. Now the ver. Is 2.0.7. It allows to furnish details for positive pay. In android, samsung s24 with ver 16, the indie app ver is still 2.0.4. No update for it. The option of Positive Pay is missing. Why this step treatment? How people, using android can use it flawlessly?
