I thought this was the perfect app for what I wanted, but the intro video says you can't have the wallpaper on lock screen only, disappointing so uninstalled.

You gotta pay to crop and slow down and fast-forward now. The update is trash.🤦😤. But still works though 👍 but can't adjust anything now without paying [$3.99+tax] a year lol and tic tok is free. (Response back)-Yes you can have videos be playing in the background as a wallpaper but who ever is going to do so must have the video cropped in right already, or you will have to pay to crop it in and ect. In the membership. I rather deal with ads every time I'm going in to change the wallpaper or set up a {donation sub} like Tor and RAR. I'd be happy to do those.
