Please fix as soon as possible, Photo Locker is now also inoperable as of 8/26/24. I am on a Samsung S23+ for reference

★★☆☆☆ Where is my Video Locker Pro Apps? I'm using Video Locker Pro since 2018 or 2019. Till 3rd December 2024, I was using it. I did factory reset due to lagging. After rest, when I was reinstalling all apps from play store, I found there's no Video Locker App. Even it's not my apps history or purchase history. I don't how this happens. How I will get this app back? Already emailed to support of handyappsforlife. Didn't get any reply yet.
