Usage direction: You can take a short video clip of your cute little pet, a selfie video with your sweetheart, a sports video of yourself to show off, a movie trailer from Youtube, or it can be a funny scene. Then make it a live wallpaper playing on your Android.
How To use: The app will ask for the read storage permission on the first app launch. You must allow this permission so the app can get access to the videos stored on your device. Then you will be redirected to the main setting screen, you may record or choose a video and click preview.
VidiWallpaper is free for use. You man also upgrade to premium to remove the annoy ads and unlock premium features, or you just simply want to support the developer that's fine :D
This is currently available in English, Chinese (Traditional/Simplified), and Japanese.

I have tried many video wallpaper applications on the play store, but this one works the best on my Galaxy Note 9! The other apps it removes the live video wallpaper after every reboot and also everytime the phone locks it restarts the video from the beginning instead of playing from where it left off, but this app doesn't have any of those problems and because of it i went with Premium!

Honestly I installed this app to set my wallpaper as the dorky video of Jungkook dancing to bad guy and it's great for now, it doesn't glitch when I mute it or put the sound back or when I switch off my phone. When I go to an application and back to my wallpaper, it continues the video where it paused. Love it for now 💜

The app sucks!!didnt expect this to happen, after i set the wallpaper for just a couple of minutes the wallpaper just stop moving, and after that it lagged my phone, others should download this app, cause im pretty sure it will also lag your phone, i assure you.
