I think this company buys 5-star reviews. The video quality is garbage. I have a really good camera. They will reply with like your internet is bad that's why. It is not bad. My internet is fine. Take some responsibility in your app. This is why your app is not even 3 stars. Always finding exuses for not having a good quality.
