Title: pathetic service and broken promises! Review very disappointed with the service. They promised to call me to resolve my issue but never did, even after sending multiple emails. There is absolutely no professional accountability or support. If you cannot solve a customer's problem, at least refund the money. I have lost all trust in this app. I demand my full refund along with a penalty for the Dealy. Avoid this app if you value your time and money! Never Trust On Vidal
