Dear Meta Viewpoints Support, I have not received any tasks in the Meta Viewpoints app for over one month. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and making sure the app is updated, but the issue still remains. My account shows no available programs, and I am unable to participate or receive any new tasks. The app was great. I was getting regular payouts. A month ago they showed me getting a $15 reward. I didn't request it nor did I get the money. I never got an email to claim the money from Tremendous. Viewpoints just keeps answering that I have to wait 3 days for my money and to contact Tremendous. It's been a month. Tremendous keeps telling me Viewpoints has to resend the email. Viewpoints gives the same response-wait 3 days. They won't even read my email. I'm giving up and I'm out $15
