★★★★★ Good service in all respect except LB seats which are much below in Super buses. For aged persons difficult to sit and getup. (1⭐👎) Luggage carrier only showpiece. Do not accommodate a briefcase(0⭐)Bus drivers are courteous and behaves nice. (5 ⭐❤️) Payment method, changing seats(5⭐❤️) I request MD of VRL to take once sitting and getting up experience of LB seats please. And raise the position of LB about 6–9 inches. Please mention restaurant & washroom places in the amenities column.🙏

★★★★★ My travel experience with VRL is good from last 6 years. I wish that VRL should develop buses with inbuilt toilet for passengers. It will be so helpful to children, ladies and senior citizens. It can reduce the stopage for using washrooms outside.

★★☆☆☆ Yesterday I booked 3 seats from Bengaluru to Belagavi on VRL. Today I am traveling at 8 pm. Bus number not mentioned in ticket or in WhatsApp message. Driver is telling that he will reach Belagavi at 7 or 7.30am as he has to deliver bulk luggage at Hubei. But the schedule of the bus is at 5.30am ... I have to reach Chikodi by 7.30 at any cost...
