Vina – Birth Control Reminder

You don’t have to remember. Vina reminds you, at your time, every day.

Timely reminders for your birth control, a calendar you can read at a glance, and a record of what you have actually taken.

REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY REACH YOU
Timely alerts to take your pill, change your patch, insert your ring or go get your shot. You pick the time, and on Android it can ring like an alarm even on silent. If you would rather be discreet, the alert never names your method.

WORKS WITH EVERY METHOD
• Birth control pill (combined and progestogen-only)
• Vaginal ring
• Contraceptive patch
• Contraceptive injection
• Hormonal and copper IUD
• Subdermal implant
• And if you have stopped birth control, Vina stays with you

MARK YOUR DOSE AND SEE YOUR STREAK
One tap to log today's pill. The blister view shows the whole pack, so you know which pills you have taken from this one and can fix a day you forgot to mark.

YOUR CYCLE CALENDAR
Active and break days, your period, your predicted period and your notes, all on one screen that makes sense at a glance.

HEALTH CHECK-UPS
Reminders for what falls outside the daily routine: gynaecologist visit, smear test, prescription renewal, STI test, or removing your IUD or implant. Warned weeks ahead, which is when you actually need to book.

WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Missed a pill? Ring slipped out, patch came off? Vina tells you whether you are still protected based on how many hours have passed and which method you use, with the right windows instead of one generic answer.

TRACK HOW YOU FEEL
Your mood and symptoms in a tap, with search by text and by symptom so you can find when something started.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Without an account, your data never leaves your phone. Connect one and it is stored encrypted so you do not lose it when you change devices. It is never sold.

Vina is free and supported by ads. There is an optional subscription for widgets, doctor-ready reports, partner mode and removing ads: none of the essentials are behind a paywall.

Vina does not provide medical advice. The information in this app is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a doctor before making decisions about your contraceptive method or your health.

Recent changes:
- Starting halfway through a pack? Mark the pills you took before Vina in one tap.
- Log how many times you had sex and at what time.
- A clearer Today: one tip a day, when your break starts and, with an implant or IUD, how long until removal.
- Reminder buttons now say how long you snooze.
- A simpler setup, support messages and, if you usually go to the Calendar first, Vina can open there.
