I just started, but I'm enjoying the game so far

This is an overall fun game that I really enjoy. I would rate it 5 stars however, when playing the levels I run into an issue every level I go to click on a group of colors, and it's like the game freezes and doesn't render what I clicked which is rather irritating as I play this game for hours at a time. I've also had a problem with the game crashing every other hour, and I've noticed it doesn't render some characters and items that will just show as white objects. Please fix the issues!!

Downloaded it and the game wouldn't even load in, all I saw was the title screen even after restarting the app.

Game will not open past black Jam City screen. Tried to reach out to support only for messages to fail. I used to play this game all the time, but not it won't work at all?
